Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Security Deposit (SD) 1. The earnest money amount is given with the tender, by all the tenderers. 2. The EMD is about 1 to 2% of the estimated cost of the work. 3. Surface Dressing: Trimming of natural ground, removing of vegetation and small inequalities up to depth of 150mm is measured in SQM. (Basic Rate @ 150/- Sft) Basic Rate of Granite @ 150/-Sft = 150 * 10.764 = 1614.6 Sqm 1614.
